Spousey offers a free tier with limited features. Free users have access to basic message refinement and limited AI coaching interactions.

Premium Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions provide unlimited access to all features
  • When one partner subscribes, both partners receive premium access
  • Subscriptions are billed automatically according to your chosen billing cycle
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

7. AI and Content Disclaimer

Important: Spousey provides AI-generated relationship guidance for educational and supportive purposes only. Our Service:

  • Is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice
  • Should not be relied upon for crisis situations or urgent relationship issues
  • Provides suggestions based on AI analysis, which may not always be appropriate
  • Cannot guarantee specific relationship outcomes
